I really appreciated your visit to our school...Tom <br />I really appreciated your visit to our school and now your subsequent reflections on that visit. <br /><br />"Meaningful relationships and culture of caring" - you nailed it!<br /><br />It is within that culture that students can be vulnerable to the learning process and teachers feel safe and inspired to provide their best for those same students.<br /><br />I also appreciate your take on the "mythology" around independent schools and faith based schools. We (all educators) are in this "education thing" together.
